Through xceeda’s graduate portal we profile candidates highlighting their academic, professional and extracurricular achievements along with a virtual interview (a short video of candidates responding to various technical and behavioural questions). These profiles are then matched to our select corporate clients to review, invite for interview, assessment and onboarding all automated through the xceeda graduate portal. Post placement, xceeda continues to work closely with clients and candidates throughout the program, identifying development areas to offer further bespoke training and providing content and materials to support the graduates career progression.
