Jason Hutchins
An experienced, specialist consultant with a background of over 15 years’ recruitment into Australian banking and financial markets. Jason initially focused across the Investment Banking and Capital Markets space, his network and professional relationships have broadened to include leading organisations across Funds Management and Private Equity. Jason’s consultative approach has led him to develop long term professional relationships within the space, allowing him to keep on top of key industry trends and developments and provide strategic intelligence and advice to both clients and candidates.
Jason has a strong track record of delivering high calibre banking professionals into both global organisations and more independent boutique firms. A strong understanding of both the structure and culture of these organisations has led to his involvement on recruitment projects from entry level analyst to senior leadership level. In 2022, Jason co-founded xceeda, a platform dedicated to nurturing and connecting the next generation of finance talent.
